My name is Laila and I am the founder and lead strategist of Jasmine Strategy Collective.
I am a marketer, storyteller, and firm believer in the power of connection.
For more than 15 years, I’ve navigated the world of marketing and communications across industries as diverse as healthcare software, government digital transformation, hospitality, tourism, and maritime.
Along the way, I’ve learned that while strategies and platforms may change, the heart of marketing stays the same: people want stories they can trust, and brands need voices that resonate.
Today, I’ve channeled that experience into my own boutique branding consultancy, where I help businesses find their voice and share it with confidence. Whether it’s crafting thoughtful copy, designing clean visuals, or building digital strategies, my goal is always the same — to create work that feels true, purposeful, and impactful.
When I’m not deep in marketing strategy, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen testing recipes (because the way to anyone’s heart really is through food), at the beach with a volleyball in hand, or curled up with a good piece of cultural or historical fiction. I’m also a proud cat mom of two, a storyteller at heart, and slowly teaching myself to play acoustic guitar.
